EDUCATION
Our organization is committed to provide training and support to Latin American students (particularly Panamanian) students that want to start a career on marine mammals. We have an internship program open for 2020 and we are currently sicking for funding for grants that can support young Latin American scientists and their field work.
We are also committed to keep the general public informed on the biology of the marine mammals of Panama (go to Documents for the Public) and the most important factors affecting cetacean populations including whale-watching, fisheries, and climate change.
